1/4 cup mayonnaise
4 oz. sour cream
1 tsp kosher salt
juice and zest of a lime
1/4 cup finely chopped cilantro
In a bowl, place all your ingredients and stir to combine.
If you have a food processor, you can skip chopping your cilantro and add all your ingredients to the processor, blend to combine.
Refrigerate in an airtight container.
Use your crema on top tacos, nachos, salads, or your fave tex-mex recipe.
