Ramen Noodles or Thin Spaghetti Noodles
1 lb Ground Turkey
3 tsp sesame oil
3 tsp chili oil
1/2 cup Soy Sauce
1/4 cup Molasses
1 tbsp grated ginger
1 tbsp Sriracha
1 tsp Cumin
Juice from 1 lime
2 tsp Black Pepper
3 tsp Chinese Five Spice
1 tsp Onion Powder
2 tbsp Rice Wine Vinegar
1 tbsp Garlic Paste or Minced Garlic
Corn Starch Slurry (2 tbsp cold water to 1 tbsp cornstarch)
1 cup Shredded Carrots
2 sprigs Scallions
1 tbsp Sesame Seeds
In a skillet cook your ground turkey and season with 2 tsp sesame oil, chili oil, five spice, cumin, onion powder, garlic and black pepper. Remove from skillet and set aside.
In a bowl combine soy sauce, molasses, 1 tsp sesame oil, lime juice, rice wine vinegar, sriracha and ginger. Whisk together and add to skillet, stir for 5 minutes and add cornstarch slurry until it thickens.

Cook ramen according to package instructions or if you're using spaghetti cook until al dente. When your noodles are cooked and drained, add to skillet and toss with sauce, ground turkey and carrots. Top with scallions and sesame seeds.
Love Always,
Nina
